We request "all" devotees who have serious intention to attend this camp to notice us about their arrival. It was the rule from the very beginning and we explained reasons for that attitude. It's not only about limited accommodations, but everything else is set for a festival of 150 devotees. Kitchen, prasadam, parking places, and also the temple room is limited by its walls. Finaly, it's fair to us as organizers and also to all those devotees who were so kind and anounced their arrival. In addition, thanks to this small sign of your goodwill this camp can work better.

Therefore, the number of applications is limited to 150. For this reason all those who want to participate in camp and are sure about it, should apply as soon as possible. Please, do not apply if you are not sure will you be able to come and participate. If for some reason you are having some situtaions after you applied and you are not able to come, please let us know so that we can give your place to some
other devotee.
