This year festival by the mercy of Sri Krishna will take place from 02. till 07. of August. Registrations are required and they can be sent through application on this link.

Number of participants is limited by 130 devotees. From this reason all those with serious attention to attend festival should register as soon as possible. In case that someone intends to register without clear attention to actually join festival - we appeal on irresponsibility! Do not register if you are not completely sure that you will attend festival. Also registration is acceptable only for whole festival. Those applications for one or two days, or for a weekend only, are not valid. All devotees are welcome but we can't promise to provide accommodation for such participants.

SERVICE - by applying registration one must also choose some of listed services, which he or she would like to offer, and for which you may have propensity or experience. As you know festival is free of charges but service is inevitable. Unfortunately, last year we noticed that some devotees was giving 120% in serving others but also there was a number of devotees which went under 20% of their ability.  With goal to prevent this to happen again we emphasize that everybody will be engaged in some service. Yes, it means that you won't be able to attend all programs, but it is fair toward all those devotees which didn't seen any program last year under the burden of taking care of all things that needs to be done. Solidarity is a manner which goes hand by hand with spirituality. Services from which you may choose are as follows:

Accordingly to received registrations, existing schedule and actual needs, organizer may suggest and assign to you other service which is similar to your choice if such service is overrun.
Beside listed services, we appeal that at least few devotees, join us several days before camp begins and help in "setting the scene", and some to stay for several days longer to "unpack" and get everything back in normal.

EXPLANATION - Again as we already said, in family with two kinds its quite difficult to take all burden on our back without your help. We appeal for few matajis  regarding temple room decorations and cleanings after camp, as females are by nature more inclined for such work. No need to said that during festival every sheet, blanket and every centimeter of house as well are in use. That means lot of laundry, vacuuming and washing after the festival.

Another nice way by which you may serve vaisnavas during camp is to serve them before camp. You may prepare and bring with you cookies  and cakes. Last year one mataji brought a big vessel full of  “gulab jamons”.  Matajis who would like to participate in this way may get in touch with main “chief” Sundari devi dasi as she is one to coordinate all that needs to be cooked and in which amounts.  Even if you are not able to get ingredients by your money, we will send and cover expenses and you made and bring it from your home. It is desirable that cooks are initiated and following basic principles of bhakti yoga.

As you may see there is a lot of thing to do, but if we gather our strength together and by mercy of Sri Krishna everything is possible!

At the end we would like to invite our sponsors to keep supporting us. All financial reports are available and open. Whole festival costs around 6000 euros. Project is mainly maintained thanks to sponsors who are giving for 150 euros and more. By Krishna’s mercy form your contributions all costs of festivals were covered through all this years.  Last year was quite tight but at the end we came out with positive balance. Although we propagate and keep this festival free of charges, it wouldn’t be possible without your help and contributions. Again we appeal for you help but just as matter of you good will.
